Phil is part of the Mortgage Team at Burlington and has been involved in the Financial Services Industry for over 30 years, having gained 20 years of experience with the Prudential as a Financial/Mortgage adviser. For the past 10 years, he has specialised in mortgage advice and has the full Financial Planning Certificate and Mortgage Advice Qualification.

Tom O'Neill
Tom O'Neill is a fully qualified Independent Mortgage Adviser (CeMAP) with a strong foundation in the industry, having followed in the footsteps of his father. He began his career assisting with development loans and bridging finance, before expanding into a broad range of mortgage advice across multiple estate agencies as an in-house adviser.
