Having started in 2000 within the financial services profession, Steve joined Burlington in 2025. Steve has amassed a wealth of experience across a wide range of roles, including advising clients, paraplanning, and customer service. Steve’s career spans both national corporate wealth management firms, such as Evelyn Partners, Chase de Vere, BDO, and Quilter, as well as boutique firms such as Steve’s role here at Burlington Associates.
Steve's web of trusted professional contacts and ability to understand client needs allow him to work holistically, with the delivery of positive client outcomes at the forefront of everything he does. Steve is a big advocate of Cashflow Planning, an exercise that allows Steve and his clients to visualise (live on screen) and in turn, bring meaning to their wealth.
Where appropriate, Steve encourages dual expertise meetings, be it with Solicitor, Accountant or other, to ensure the client feels supported in a multitude of areas. Steve has an eye for understanding when a client might require additional expertise and is happy to call upon his network of trusted contacts as and when required.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys practising Hatha Yoga and has acquired 400hrs certification teacher training and advanced breathwork methods. This helps Steve on the golf course whenever he misfires his ball deep into the woodlands.
