Mandeep has worked in financial services since 1995, with a career spanning financial planning, business ownership, operations, technology and board-level leadership. He holds a degree in Accounting & Finance and a Master’s degree in Business Finance.
After beginning his career as a fee-based Financial Planner with a major UK insurer, Mandeep co-founded an independent financial advice business. Following its acquisition by a leading IFA group, he joined the board of the acquiring firm and was later appointed Operations & IT Director of its parent company.
Mandeep supported Burlington from its inception in 2003, initially as a consultant, before joining full-time as Operations Manager in 2007. Appointed Managing Director in November 2010, he now combines strategic leadership, commercial insight and operational expertise to guide the firm’s development while maintaining high professional standards and a clear focus on good client outcomes.

Outside work, you’ll usually find me…
Spending time with family and friends, walking, travelling, exploring new technology or searching for rare vinyl records from the 1980s and 1990s.
Something people may not know about me…
I hosted my own FM radio show from the late 2000s into the mid-2010s and have served as a trustee and board member for a major charity
My ideal weekend would be…
A movie marathon, great food, time with family and friends, music on vinyl and a few long walks to balance it all out.
Favourite film, book or podcast…
My favourite film is Goodfellas, although I have also loved Korean and Japanese cinema since the early 2000s. I regularly listen to No Such Thing As A Fish and MrBallen: Strange, Dark & Mysterious Stories.
Best piece of advice I’ve ever received…
