Jeff Bennett

Jeff Bennett is a Chartered Accountant who specialises in holistic personal planning with a particular emphasis on minimising tax post-retirement. All of his clients are either High-Earners and/or High Net Worth individuals and provide a broad and challenging planning environment encompassing all aspects of financial planning.

He has been working as a financial adviser (and more latterly planner) for nearly nine years. Prior to working in financial services Jeff has been Finance Director of a Medium sized property group and a Care Charity.

He is married with four children. His hobbies include reading science fiction, logic puzzles and walking.


 

Craig Cameron

Craig has been working as an I.F.A. for 9 years now in the UK and specialises in giving Investment advice across a broad range of conventional and unconventional asset classes. He also provides specialist knowledge in the corporate and individual tax planning areas, with extensive experience of dealing with both resident and non-domiciled individuals and Trusts.

Craig has a B.Soc. Sciences with majors in Economics and Commercial Law. Craig is originally from Durban in South Africa.

He is married with one child. His interests include canoeing, reading and travel.


 

Ian Chapman

Ian specialises in Strategic Wealth Planning to include Sophisticated Investment Advice, Bespoke Protection Plans, Income and other tax-saving strategies and Inheritance Tax Planning.

He has been an IFA for 22 years, working with Lloyds Private Banking for 15 of them. He has built an impressive list of High Net Worth clients for whom he provides a bespoke service.

Ian is married and lives in a 350 year old farmhouse which he is refurbishing. His hobbies include sailing, clay pigeon shooting and car restoration.


  Gary Lucas

Gary has been advising individuals and corporate entities for 10 years. Gary is Burlington's 'Pension Specialist' holding the Charter Institute of Insurance 'G60 Pension' qualification which only a very limited number of practicing advisers hold in London. He specialises in the following areas of specialist pensions advice including: Drawing income at retirement (Phasing and Income Drawdown), Self Invested Personal Pensions, Transfers from Occupational pensions, legislative issues and pensions investment structures.

At a corporate level he has considerable experience in the following areas: Designing and implementing Employee Benefit Packages (E.B.P), tax efficient remuneration structures, Key Person planning and Corporate Will planning.
Gary has a BA Honours degree in Finance & Accounting and has worked in financial services since qualification.

His interests include Golf, Running and he is a keen Water sports fan.


  Celia Smith

Celia is part of the Mortgage Team at Burlington. As well as researching for traditional mortgages and re-mortgages from the whole market place, Celia specialises in New build projects including financing land purchase and building costs, Offshore mortgages and mortgages in trust, Buy to let and Let to buy mortgages.

She has been involved in financial services for over 30 years, starting with a firm of Stockbrokers and then later moving to an Insurance company. For the last ten years she has specialised in residential lending and has the full Financial Planning Certificate and Mortgage Advice Qualification.

Celia’s interests include patchwork & quilting, reading and swimming.


  Phil Trew

Phil is part of the Mortgage Team at Burlington. In addition to normal day to day personal mortgage advice within the whole mortgage market he specialises in Investment/Buy to let mortgages, properties to be purchased in Trust and Offshore and mortgages for those who were born or domiciled outside of the EU. Phil also offers advice in the following areas related to mortgage planning: Buildings and Contents insurance, Accident, Sickness and Unemployment cover, Mortgage Protection and Term Assurance.

Phil has been involved in the Financial Services Industry for over 25 years, having gained 20 years experience with the Prudential as a Financial/Mortgage adviser. For the past 6 years he has specialised in mortgage advice and has the full Financial Planning Certificate and Mortgage Advice Qualification.

Phil is married and his interests include cooking, swimming and fitness.

 
 
 
 

We are independent Mortgage Brokers. A fee is usually charged for arranging a mortgage and this can be zero, £350 or £500 depending on your circumstances and requirements. We are paid commission from the lenders in this instance alternatively you can opt for a complete fee option which ranges from 1/4% to 1/2% of the loan value. All Non-standard cases (e.g. Adverse credit or Sub-prime lending) are subject to a non-refundable £100 administration fee, payable upfront.

The Financial Services Authority do not regulate Will Planning, and some forms of Mortgage and Tax Planning.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
