“Everybody’s lifestyle and expectations are different. Most of us have little idea of how much money is needed in the future to maintain a certain lifestyle after we have stopped working. Jeff Bennett and Burlington have really focused me on what I would need for “life after work” – and how much I would need to save during my working years and what is the most cost effective way to do it. I have been meeting with Jeff periodically for nearly 10 years now and we are constantly updating and refining. I feel a lot more comfortable with Jeff’s and Burlington’s guidance that I am really planning for “life after work”, rather than just hoping for the best when the time comes. Regular contact with Jeff has meant that he is well aware of my personal financial situation and what I need to achieve to realise my retirement plan. Anyone in full time work in their late 30s/early 40s should be speaking now to Jeff and his colleagues at Burlington.”

He endeavoured to meet all my requirements and questions with a prompt answer and the support along the way was second to none. The advice has since proven to be most apposite, I am delighted with the results thus far and the on-going honest and truly personal service.
R Tricker

“We first became acquainted with Daniel about 15 months ago, through a recommendation from my Dad. I was somewhat dubious after several unsuccessful liaisons with financial advisors in the past, but even at our first meeting, Dan was totally reassuring. He listened and understood our needs for the present, and hopes for the future. He was also extremely patient, explaining different plans and investments over and over again, making them easy to understand, whilst also answering our numerous questions. We never once felt rushed or pressured by Dan, in fact it was quite the opposite. He took the time to get to know us, which we really appreciated, as it reassured us that he really did have our best interests in mind. Over these past months working with Dan he has showed great patience, with our constant enquiries and changes of plan. We feel sure we will have a very long and successful relationship, as not only has he gained our trust, but we now regard him as a friend too.”

I found the consultant who attended our offices (Balvinder) to be both knowledgeable and diligent in providing advice on how best to restructure our benefits package to accommodate the forthcoming legislative changes that will apply to company pension schemes next year, in manner that was tax efficient and provided scope for us to manage cost implications of implementation.”
